SCHOOL TERM PROGRAM

Before School Care (BSC) 7:30am - 9:00am
Breakfast is served until 8.30am. Breakfast may include pancakes, eggs, fruit and yogurt to name a few; on top of our standard choice of cereal and toast. Quiet indoor activities are planned in the morning until 8.45am when the children are taken to the playground where a school staff member supervises the children until 9.00 am. Kindergarten children are taken directly to class at 9.00 am.
After School Care (ASC) 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Children come to the school Hall. Kindergarten children are picked up directly from their classrooms for the first half of the year. Each week many fun indoor and outdoor activities planned; such as arts, imaginative play, cooking, outdoor games and sports. The children are provided with a nutritious afternoon tea and a late snack. Fresh fruit is always available for all children every afternoon. Time is set aside each afternoon for homework. Children are encouraged to do their homework, however, we do not force children to do this.
All BSC and ASC bookings must be made online using our online platform Xplor, this can be done using the Xplor Home app. For more information click below:
To book your child in to our OOSH service you must already be enrolled into BPOOSH via Xplor. If you do not have an existing Xplor account please follow the link under the ENROLMENTS tab.

OUR WEEKLY PROGRAM
The Educational Leader at Beauty Point OOSH spends time designing programs for the children. Our program is child-centred and child-focused, meaning that the children themselves are key contributors to what is planned here at the service.
Our programs are a creative program, guided by the children. These are some of intentional activities programmed to build up on ideas, extend play and develop skills.
The children are the think tank, they have access to many play resources where they can guide their own play, learning and relationships. These activities are subject only to our children's imagination!
As well as planned experiences, there are also a wide range of resources available for the children to use any time!
