Spring 2024 - Vacation Care program
Dear Parents, Carers and Friend of OOSH,
We are pleased to announce that our program for the upcoming Spring Vacation Care period is now available, full off fun and exciting activities planned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that the booking prices displayed on the flyer ($85 for incursion / $95 for excursion) will be valid until 22 September 2024. From Monday, 23 September 2024, all bookings will be considered as walk-in, with the adjusted rates of $95 for incursion / $105 for excursion.
We would greatly appreciate your early booking, as it helps us finalize ticket purchases and bus bookings efficiently. Additionally, if you require care, it allows us to make the necessary adjustments to provide you with the appropriate service.
We kindly ask parents to please use the Xplor Home app to book in children on days required.
Permission notes
- Will be sent to your personal email for digital signature using the AdobeSign platform, or you can request a hard copy at the OOSH office.
- Please remember this must be completed before the student arrives on the day of the excursion.
- Some activities required a Waiver form that also must be signed before, please find the link or form attached to the permission note.
Fees
- The Vacation Care program at BP OOSH is open for all Mosman Community, giving priority to Beauty Point students, please feel free to recommend our centre to family and friends in need of care during this period.
- Any 'no show' bookings will be charged the full.
