Families
who are continually late collecting their children, without a valid reason,
may jeopardise their child's place at the service.

Each family is expected to make bookings in advance, for the care
sessions required. Bookings will only be accepted when families have completed
the service's Enrolment Form in full.
NOTE: Staff are legally unable to accept children in the service outside of open hours.

How to get started
Beauty Point OOSH uses an online enrolment and booking system called Xplor (including the Explor Home app for parents/guardians - scroll to the base of this page for information).
Our centre made this decision in 2018 in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint via paper
consumption, and also to streamline our administration processes.
The online Xplor platform - will enable you to fill out all necessary information, as well as upload key documents.
If you've never had any children attend Beauty Point OOSH please register your family below:
In order to finalise your enrolment, please ensure that you upload the following to Xplor:

Immunisation History Statement (available as a pdf file from your online Medicare account, linked to MyGov)

Copy of your child's birth certificate

Fill out your child's CRN, and the CRN of the parent that is linked to the child
Double check DOB information - if this information is incorrect, your child's enrolment will not 'Formalise' with Centrelink, and you will not receive any CCS (Child Care Subsidy) that you may be entitled to. (Further information in regards to CCS is below)
If your child has a medical condition or allergy ie. asthma or anaphylaxis, please upload an updated Action Plan (NOTE: Unfortunately, without an action plan your child will not be able to attend our centre until we have received one).
Once the service has received your completed enrolment, Xplor will send you an email to set up your Parent Portal.
You must include your Direct Debit details via the Parent Portal PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE.

Applying for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) or a Complying Written Agreement?
Paying Fees
Fees must be paid within the stated due date, which can be found on the 'statement' section on 'Xplor'. Statements can be viewed at any time, in real-time on their Xplor account (Regulation 168).
- Failure to pay unpaid fees may result in debt recovery action being taken and discontinuation of care for the child unless the family has initiated a repayment schedule for the unpaid fees with the Centre Director.
Cancellations
Families wishing to cancel their child's place at the service are required to provide two (2) weeks written notice, or they are liable to pay the equivalent of two weeks child care fees to the service.
If your child is absent - two weeks written notice is to be given. If notice is not given to BPOOSH, fees are payable for family holidays and sick days if those days fall on a day that a child is booked into the service.- The service will provide families with information about approved and allowable absences and will adhere to the Child Care Management System (CCMS) in relation to absences.
