Please feel free to discuss with the Centre Director any issues you may have regarding your child in regards to our service. We recommend this course of action to be more beneficial and leads to a positive resolution being reached faster in most cases. You can refer to our Complaints Policy in the Parent Handbook and Policies and Procedures manual

Please contact the Centre Director directly in person or via phone 0418 609 993 in regards to any concerns or issues.

All concerns or complaints will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

If the issue is not handled to the parent's satisfaction at this level they should discuss the matter with the Management Committee President - Simone Hayes either by phone 0405 225  540 or in writing.

The Centre Director or Management Committee will inform the parent of what has been decided regarding this issue. Staff will also be informed of any relevant issues that they need to address or be made aware of.

If any complaint can not be resolved internally to the parent's satisfaction, external options will be offered such as an unbiased, third-party such as the NSW Ombudsman - Tel: 9286 1000 www.nswombudsman.nsw.gov.au
